Utility duties:  Responsible for every aspect of utility billing including, but not limited to data entry, preparing bills, collecting payments, preparing reports, and notify utility department staff of locate requests.  Communicating with customers, setting up payment plans with past-due customers and verifying they are carried out.  Manage all aspects of solar interconnection applications. Provide clerical support to Administration and department heads.  Set up new accounts and update rates annually. Attend all Public Utility Commission meetings and take minutes.
Cemetery duties:  Responsible for every aspect of cemetery sales and payments.  Work with funeral homes and maintenance staff to schedule and carry out burials.  Keep all cemetery records.
