Reporting directly to the Director of Social Services, the Social Worker role involves managing a caseload of residents within our Skilled Nursing Facility. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of Social Services Department objectives by adhering to recognized professional standards and regulations that ensure the highest quality care for residents and clients.
The ideal Social Services candidate will meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field.
• A minimum of one year of experience in conducting social work activities within a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or other relevant medical setting.
