Part Time, 1st Shift, 7:30a-12:00p, Monday-Friday
High School Diploma, College Degree with minimum two years' experience in related field. Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. Project management experience preferred.
This position hosts a range of activities to support Facility Services /Grounds and Property leasing; Will serve as primary greeter for department. This position requires positive customer service skills, strong organizational and communication skills. Will be responsible for receiving and distributing or processing all incoming mail and documents. Will be required to set up and maintain meeting schedules as well as keep documents required for governing bodies including Accreditation Organizations and Construction and Licensing Sections of SC DHEC. Will also assist in updating departmental policies and administrative policies specific to facilities and construction activities. This position will also assist with team member records/ and associated documentation as required by HR and Accounting.
