WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
What Do a Swiss Army Knife, a Tetris Master, and a Dieffenbach’s Warehouse Associate Have in Common?
They all know how to keep things moving, perfectly in place, and cool under pressure.
We’re looking for a doer, a shifter, a mover, and a master of momentum — someone who thrives in fast-paced spaces and believes that warehouses aren’t just for storage… they’re the launchpads of greatness. If you love order, teamwork, a little bit of hustle, and the smell of fresh chips in the morning, you might just be our next Warehouse Associate in Bethel, PA .
This isn’t just any warehouse gig. This is a Dieffenbach’s Snacks kind of role — where values matter, where every load is a mission, and where chips don’t leave the building unless they’re handled with pride. You’ll be the calm in the shipping storm. The reason products make it from Point A to happy customers at Point Z.
Who You Are (Besides Awesome)
• You don’t just “get chip done” — you get it done well. You believe in Pursuing Excellence: making great products, investing in the process, and developing yourself as you go.
• You’re the kind of person who owns your 20 sq ft like a boss. If there’s a forklift to handle or a pallet to move, you’re already three steps ahead. That’s the kind of Ownership we love.
• When we say “team,” you say, “how can I help?” Because Community is second nature to you — you do the right thing, you care for others, and you pitch in before anyone has to ask.
What You’ll Do
• Load, unload, store, and organize product like a pro. Inventory ninja? Even better.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and whatever tools it takes to get the job done right.
• Keep it clean, safe, and ready for action. We're talking top-tier GMP and food safety compliance.
• Assemble and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed — no chip left behind!
• Help with inventory counts, solve problems before they’re problems, and keep communication flowing with your team.
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve, streamline, and level up how we work.
You Bring:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (or the willingness to earn it fast)
• 1 year in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred
• Solid math and computer skills
• A detail-oriented, adaptable mindset with a dependable streak that rivals Old Faithful
Physical Stuff (AKA, This Isn’t a Desk Job)
• 8–10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (weekends if needed — chips wait for no one!)
• On your feet, moving, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), organizing — this is a high-energy role
• Occasionally dealing with temperature changes, loud environments, and stair-climbing. Nothing crazy, but you’ll want good shoes.
Why This Role Matters
At Dieffenbach’s, this role is a critical part of our journey toward Continuous Improvement , Owning the Results , and building Strong Relationships . Whether you’re prepping an order, solving a logistics hiccup, or just helping a teammate grab a pallet — you’re moving more than products. You’re moving our mission forward.
Bonus Points If
• You think warehouse labels should be alphabetized (and color-coded).
• You treat forklifts with the same respect a pilot gives their plane.
• You believe snacks are sacred cargo.
• You name your spreadsheets.
