Credentials Analyst
The Credential Analyst will undertake a multifaceted role, seamlessly integrating responsibilities in Community Support and Credentials Management. This position demands exceptional organizational prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and superior multitasking capabilities. The successful candidate will adeptly process Credential requests, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory, while also providing robust support to community inquiries. Cross-training will enable the specialist to assist with Community Support tasks, including video retrieval and schedule adjustments. Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are essential for fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently extract video footage from CCTV systems and retrieve vehicle tag information for gate-related incidents, compiling and delivering comprehensive reports to community stakeholders.
• Apply strong analytical and technical skills in managing and verifying access credentials, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, security standards, and client requirements.
• Streamline credentialing workflows by utilizing enterprise software tools, reducing processing errors, and enhancing efficiency
• Promptly address community requests for modifications to Active Video Surveillance services, access control protocols, gate schedules, and amenity alarm settings for events, ensuring seamless operations.
• Maintain and update a centralized database of personnel credentials, including expiration dates, renewal information, and relevant documents
• Process Credential requests with precision, including activation, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee credential order fulfillment and maintain meticulous inventory records to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal credentialing policies and procedures
• Execute other tasks as directed by the supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to departmental needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• 1-2 years in a remote customer service environment
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), SalesForce and UPS
• Demonstrated expertise in security systems, including access control, CCTV, employee/guest/vendor badging, and alarm monitoring technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a small team to resolve urgent issues, employing a process-oriented approach with acute attention to detail. Capable of rapidly triaging problems and delivering clear, precise information with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in analyzing situations, formulating effective courses of action, and escalating issues to management during routine and crisis scenarios.
• Superior oral and written communication skills in English are required, with fluency in additional languages considered a valuable asset.
• The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, and precision in managing complex tasks under pressure.
