Are you ready to join us?This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces, and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency.The Senior Operator I (Para-Professional & Support Path) is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in production operations, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will manage resources and monitor quality, requiring strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. In addition, responsibilities include operating and supporting Auto Process functions such as washing, Pointing, dry filming, material issuance, and various utility duties.
