Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations. You’ll support and lead your team, deliver excellent guest service, and ensure that all Huey Magoo’s standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager
• Lead and develop a team of 15–20 employees
• Ensure quality food, fast service, and a clean, safe environment
• Control inventory, food/labor costs, and maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Build guest relationships and a positive team culture
• Train and motivate team members to perform at their best

Requirements:
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Previous restaurant leadership/management experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Must pass a 10-year Criminal History Records Check (airport requirement)
