Electrical Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and electricians while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage electrical projects in industrial, commercial, multifamily, high rise, and hospital sectors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment needed for project execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical projects, especially in industrial and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
