ARMStaffing is looking for RN - L&D in Greenwood, South CarolinaShift: 12 Hour Night ShiftUnit Details: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, PostpartumJob Description:As an L&D RN, you’ll care for patients throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process. You’ll support families during life-changing moments while managing high-risk situations with skill and empathy.Key Responsibilities:Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and deliveryAssist physicians and midwives during childbirthAdminister medications and IVs, including epidurals and PitocinEducate and support patients and families on birth plans and newborn careManage emergencies such as preeclampsia, hemorrhage, or fetal distressMaintain accurate and timely documentationRequirements:Active RN license (Compact license preferred)BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and fetal monitoring certification preferredMinimum 1–2 years of recent L&D nursing experienceStrong knowledge of obstetric protocols and fetal monitoring interpretationCalm, confident decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure situationsAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
