Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, you will align recruitment strategies with organizational goals to deliver exceptional candidates for executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles. Your work will directly influence the company's growth trajectory and leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Talent Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand hiring priorities, organizational goals, and talent gaps.
• Executive Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract high-impact candidates through headhunting, referrals, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, leadership style, and cultural alignment. Manage reference checks and background verifications as needed.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to build a reliable executive talent pipeline.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and compensation benchmarks to offer informed, data-driven guidance.
• Confidential Search Management: Maintain discretion and handle all aspects of the search process with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Other Tasks as Required: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization’s talent acquisition and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or retained search
• Proven track record of placing senior-level and executive talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-suite executives.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and passive candidate engagement
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and executive hiring best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
• Established network of executive-level candidates and industry contacts.
• Advanced negotiation skills for managing high-stakes compensation packages.
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, or similar) is required.
Work Environment
• Based in the Sarasota office.
• Fast-paced, client-facing environment with high expectations and tight deadlines.
• Travel required for in-person client engagements and industry networking events.
This position is primarily based in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this role, the employee may occasionally be exposed to operational areas that involve moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid environments, elevated workspaces, or vibration. Appropriate safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided as necessary. The noise level is generally moderate but may vary depending on specific site visits or activities.
