This role covers the entire state of South Carolina.On a typical day you will: Must have the ability to lead and direct the field operations for a large volume of non-contract repair and hydraulic elevator modernizationOpen order sales support, route control, scheduling and quality assuranceMaintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, improving efficiencies, managing the expenditure of labor, materials and performance to estimateAbility to coordinate daily activities with the branch’s’ project manager and work well with general contractors, owner’s agency and developers for various modernization sitesProviding technical supportAuthorizing change ordersDrive safety in the workplaceWhat you will need to be successful: High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years)3+ years of Elevator industry experience is required for candidates who do not have a college degree.Experience working with a team of technicians is requiredLeadership experience is requiredElevator industry experience is requiredExcellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentStrong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer serviceTravel is required within your territory, driver’s license as required for your territoryLocation/Relocation:The job duties for this role require work to be performed 100% in the office or on job sites.
