Block Machine Operator (2 nd Shift)
Monday-Saturday, 2:00pm-10:00pm (OT AS Needed)
• Operate and monitor the automated Cuber machine and conveyor systems.
• Inspect concrete blocks for cracks, chips, or other quality issues before cubing.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on cubing equipment and report issues promptly.
• Ensure correct block sizes and patterns are stacked as per production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.
• Record daily production data and equipment performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and resetting machinery when needed
• Exposure to outdoor elements, dust, noise, and heavy machinery.
• Requires standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
