Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist I
Location:Sarasota, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM with Rotational Saturdays - 7 AM - 11 AM
Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and ensuring accurate, confidential processing for lab testing. This role involves direct patient interaction, requiring strong communication and phlebotomy skills.

Requirements:
•
High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
•
6+ months phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED); 1+ year preferred
•
Phlebotomy certification (REQUIRED in CA, NV, WA)
•
Medical assistant or paramedic training a plus
•
Strong data entry, pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy, and customer service skills
•
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
