This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, eager to learn craft bartending, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Restock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and bar tools before and during service Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, including polishing glassware and sanitizing work areas Prepare fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, and other bar ingredients to specifications Support bartenders during service with glassware, supplies, and guest requests Assist with trash removal, keg changes, and ice restocking as needed Ensure the bar is fully prepped for opening and properly broken down at close Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred, but not required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Interest in craft cocktails, spirits, wine, or hospitality is a plus Punctual, team-oriented, and proactive Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus tip share Career growth potential within our beverage or management teams Dining discounts Health benefits available after one year of full-time employment Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day shift Evening shift Work Location: In person
