PAY: $28-$32/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: 40hrs - 5 days of work SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 PM START DATE: 6/2 DURATION: 5 days of work starting 6/2 and more work, 4-6 weeks of work to follow Low Voltage Technician Job description: Cable technician looking to grow into a manager position. As a Structured Cabling Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure in a low-voltage environment . Will be working closely with the access control team running structured cabling for days. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the physical demands of the worksite as well as provide excellent customer service. Qualifications for Low Voltage technician: At least years of experience in the field. Experience on commercial projects, hospitals, schools, etc. running, pulling test and dress structure cable, and management/ lead experience on projects. Will be mostly responsible for CCTV, Access Controls, Cameras, RJ45 BICSI certs/ Apprentice, Journeyman licenses, or schooling certs. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Other Requirements for Low Voltage Technician: Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses. MUST HAVE PERSONAL LAPTOP Must have standard electrical hand tools.
