Company Overview STAR Group, LLC is an independently owned group of 18 NAPA stores with our own warehouse located in New Ulm, MN. Summary We are seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting auto parts between our warehouse in New Ulm, to Olivia, Renville, Granite Falls and Montevideo, MN. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for reliability and quality in the automotive industry. Position is Monday - Friday 10:30 am -3:30/4pm. No weekends! Would be driving a Isuzu NPR medium duty truck. May occasionally drive one of the other company vehicles: van, pickup or car. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport auto parts between NAPA locations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections. Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained at all times. Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules and delivery needs. Assist with loading and unloading heavy items as necessary. Requirements Valid regular class D driver's license with a clean driving record. Medical card required -paid by company. Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently. Climb in and out of the truck loading/unloading product. Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
