Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for order picking, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, materials handling, and other warehouse management tasks. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities: - Utilize warehouse management system to accurately pick and pack customer orders - Perform order fulfillment duties, including verifying product quantities and quality - Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, such as loading and unloading trucks - Conduct materials handling activities, including organizing stock and maintaining inventory accuracy - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production goals - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Proficient in order picking and packing procedures - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
