As a CNC Machinist, you will program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision parts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Proficiency in programming and editing with M & G codes
• Ability to fully set up and operate dual-spindle Nakamura CNC lathes
• Skilled in producing first-article inspection parts and documenting dimensions for ISO compliance
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools
• Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs
What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:
• Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle mill-turn CNC lathes to meet production specifications
• Load, write, and edit M & G code programs
• Perform dry runs in single-block mode to validate programs
• Produce and inspect first-article parts per ISO standards
• Ensure quality using precision measuring instruments
• Perform routine machine maintenance and fill lubricants, oils, and coolants
• Run warm-up programs and report any mechanical issues to maintenance
