Job Details Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Location: Towson, Maryland (must be local to MD )
Duration: 6+ month contract
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: design, architect, implement, and maintain CRM solutions.
• Define logical, technical, and physical architecture for the Dynamics 365 CRM footprint.
• Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 to meet DEWD s requirements.
• Lead day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the CRM instance.
• Gather and document requirements from non-technical business users; translate into technical requirements and functional design documents.
• Build prototypes and demos to illustrate proposed solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications, databases, and external systems.
• Assist with data migration tasks (both to and from Dynamics 365 CRM).
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing to verify the solution meets business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to plan, schedule, and deploy new CRM features.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years as a technical expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web Services).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, SDKs, and CRM architecture.
• Experience with SQL , database management, and data migration techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft SharePoint .
• Excellent communication skills: able to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate into technical designs.
