PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, implements and supports programs that will ensure the highest quality end product is achieved while meeting and/or exceeding target financial goals. Acts as a construction liaison to other functions and divisions within the Company, the community, and construction /development industry groups. Participates in strategic and tactical planning on the departmental and community level. Oversees the estimated job cost projection, general bid, pricing update, contracts and purchase order processes as directed by company policy and management direction. Prepares, and/or manages and operates within approved budgets established for all departments under Construction Operations. Monitors and protects company assets.
