We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team and take part in overhauling and repairing critical assemblies such as brakes, couplers, compressors , and other complex systems. This role is perfect for someone who loves mechanical challenges, works with purpose, and takes pride in making machines work like new.
🔧 What You’ll Do: • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble mechanical and electrical components
• Perform in-depth inspections and testing of mechanical systems
• Use calipers, micrometers, hand and power tools, and machinery to exacting standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and routing instructions
• Work with adhesives, lubricants, and precision measuring instruments
• Identify, tag, and prepare parts for sub- and final assemblies
• Move parts and equipment by hand, cart, or crane
• Maintain and operate equipment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety and housekeeping protocols
• Collaborate with a team and take ownership of assembly operations
🧠 What You Bring: • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot with confidence
• Proven experience in precision assembly and using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Comfort working with electrical systems and interpreting technical documentation
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A self-starter attitude and commitment to quality
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
🏗 Physical & Environmental Expectations: • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and manual dexterity required
• Work in a production environment with overhead cranes, machinery, and safety equipment
• Use of PPE and adherence to all workplace safety practices
• Strong visual acuity for close inspection and mechanical alignment

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
