Salary/Hourly Rate: $45k - $55k Annually Position Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within our client's organization. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, facilitating the onboarding process, and supporting HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:
• Maintain and update employee records in ADP.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
• Support employee relations activities and address employee inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of HR systems and practices to ensure compliance.
• Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Coordinator:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in ADP payroll and HR software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Coordinator:
• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
