Job Title: Production Operator
Job Location: Travelers Rest, SC
Job duration : 3 Months + Ext
Pay rate: $20/hr on W2
• Review work order instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Determine appropriate set up based on order requirements, and schedule.
• Responsible for product flow through plating area to meet required deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of processes, materials and results.
• Follow company policies as outlined in Employee Handbook, Health & Safety Manual and Emergency Response Plan.
• Adhere to Quality Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other assigned duties and cross training as determined by business conditions and supervision.
Quals--
• A High School diploma or equivalency.
• Demonstrated ability to understand basic principles of electroplating operations.
• Skill and knowledge to handle chemicals and acids in preparation of plating baths.
• Ability to use and operate measuring instruments, statistical process and wet chemical testing common to the trade.
• Good communication, reading and math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Practice safe work habits, maintain equipment and work areas in a 5S environment.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
