Job Overview
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! You’ll be responsible for recruiting top talent while collaborating with managers to meet hiring goals. This temporary position offers $25 per hour, working a Monday to Friday schedule in a climate-controlled environment.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on recruitment needs
• Utilize ATS for managing recruitment processes and candidate information
• Implement proactive sourcing techniques for passive candidates
• Conduct screening interviews to assess qualifications
• Facilitate the interview process for candidates and hiring managers
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
