🔧 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong skills in programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines—specifically Multus, Doosan, and LB4000 equipment. This role involves reading blueprints, editing CNC programs, using precision measuring instruments, and producing high-tolerance parts according to specifications.
🛠️ Responsibilities
•
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to manufacture precision components
•
Program and edit CNC programs (Conversational language, G & M code knowledge preferred)
•
Review and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
•
Secure materials, tools, and fixtures needed for each job
•
Conduct self-inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and optical tools
•
Convert metric to imperial (inch) measurements accurately
•
Maintain accurate logs and documentation throughout the machining process
•
Keep tools and equipment in proper working order and clean condition
•
Follow production schedules and quality standards to meet customer deadlines
✅ Qualifications
•
High school diploma or GED required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred
•
Proven experience in setting up and operating Multus CNC machines (required)
•
Additional experience with Doosan, Haas, Hardinge, Captain, or LB4000 machines (desired)
•
Proficient in blueprint reading and shop math
•
Knowledge of CNC programming languages (Conversational, G/M code)
•
Skilled with precision measuring instruments and inspection tools
•
Strong attention to detail, safety-oriented, and focused work ethic
•
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
•
Familiarity with Quality Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
