In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers for commercial HVAC, Refrigeration sales, and service solutions. The position will be responsible for meeting annual goals and promoting the growth of preventative maintenance contract sales. Â

We are looking for a high-energy individual who can build their book of business with new customer acquisitions along with developing and maintaining relationships with leaders who are responsible for hiring facility services. We want someone who isn't afraid to prospect through cold calling, and who diligently follows up on leads! You will play an integral part in creating confident buyers by developing accurate, full-service sales proposals and then negotiating and closing your deals.

Requirements:
• Two years outside sales experience
• Flexibility to work hours required to meet client needs
• Self-directed with a great work ethic
• The ability to sell 'value' as well as price
• Be able to utilize sales management software tools to maximize efficiency/effectiveness
• Good communication skills
• HVAC/R experience preferred
