As a Non-Destructive Test Technician - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through the use of non-destructive testing techniques. You will be responsible for performing inspections, analyzing test results, and providing accurate and reliable data to support our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in non-destructive testing methods will be essential in identifying any defects or anomalies in our products, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret test results will be critical in identifying any potential issues and ensuring that our products meet the required specifications.
Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30PM - 11:30PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform non-destructive testing inspections on a variety of components and materials
• Utilize various non-destructive testing methods, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, and radiographic testing
• Analyze test results and provide accurate and reliable data to support manufacturing processes
• Identify and document any defects or anomalies in products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards and procedures
