Our MHP/RV Investment Team operates nationally, working with institutional investors, family offices, developers, and private capital groups. We bring deep market knowledge, elite deal execution, and a no-nonsense approach to every transaction.
We're looking for driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Associates to help us expand our national footprint and close high-impact deals alongside a focused, fast-moving team.
Your Role
• Source new deals and build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, CRM, and market research
• Underwrite assets, prepare investment summaries, and pitch to qualified buyers and capital groups
• Assist in deal negotiations and transaction management from LOI to closing
• Track market trends, rent comps, and development opportunities across the country
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and capital partners
• Leverage our tech stack and brokerage infrastructure to move efficiently and close confidently
Requirements
• Active South Carolina Real Estate License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 1–3+ years in real estate, finance, or sales preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling, cold prospecting, and CRM usage
• Self-directed, coachable, and resilient
• Ability to travel for site visits, conferences, and closings if needed
