ABOUT THE ROLEThursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays- 8:00am to 4:30pmAs a Driver at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and safe transportation to residents of Belmont Village Senior Living by transporting them to scheduled appointments and recreational outings using company vehicles which may include a wheelchair van, wheelchair bus, and car. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day upkeep and safety inspections for all company vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinancesAssist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair liftActively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointmentsAssist with scheduled resident activities as neededAssist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as neededMake hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interactionQUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
