Are you a recent grad ready to turn design concepts into real-world experiences?
M Group Scenic Studios has spent nearly 30 years creating bold environments and unforgettable events for top brands and audiences worldwide. We're a boutique team of creatives and makers — and we’re looking for an entry-level designer to join us.
🔧 What You'll Do: ·      Draft spatial layouts (furniture, flow, code-compliant exits)
·      Produce build drawings and explain details to fabricators
·      Survey venues and translate site data into CAD files
·      Research codes and help with on-site event installations
·      Support setup of scenic elements, furniture, and structures onsite
👀 We’re Looking For: ·      A recent grad in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or similar
·      Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, SketchUp
·      Strong communication + spatial planning skills
·      Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn
·      Able to travel & work some nights/weekends
🔩 Bonus if you have: ·      Experience with fabrication materials or live events
·      Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
·      A portfolio of layout or build drawings
🌦 This is a hands-on role — you’ll be on-site, in the elements, and collaborating closely with our creative team.
·      Must be able to travel Mid January – Mid April. No time off requests will be allowed during this timeframe.
📅 Timeline:
·      Looking to hire by August 2025
💼 Compensation: Based on experience
