Qualifications: Good understanding of facility and equipment maintenance. Good written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills. Previous supervision experience is preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan and coordinate activities involved in the maintenance of facilities and equipment. · Supervise and provide work direction for maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment. · Maintain operating condition of building and equipment. · Researches, plans and prepares proposals for procurement of equipment and tools. · Diagnose any problems and determine necessary repairs needed. · Implement preventative maintenance schedule to ensure work orders are released in a timely manner. · Supervises inventories of machine replacement parts, materials and supplies to maintain proper levels. · Consult and be a point of contact with outside vendors for any building or equipment needs. · Ensure company compliance with state and federal codes and laws. · Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs. · Ensure safe operations. · Have the ability to establish and execute a monthly plan. · Must execute action items per the annual business plan to help achieve section key metrics (downtime reduction, cost reduction). · Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics. · Administer performance reviews. It is an essential function of this position that Associates be on the work site in person to perform their job duties throughout each scheduled work week because TSIN operates most effectively with the kind of teamwork, personal interaction, and supervision that simply cannot be had in a home office situation. · All other duties as assigned. · Requires extensive knowledge of Maintenance practices and procedures. · Laser, Resistance, MIG, Stick, TIG welding knowledge · Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as it aligns with the above duties. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: · Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally. · Must be able to travel. · Open office work space.
