Cole Papers, a respected and long-standing family-owned company with over a century of history, is seeking 1-2 dedicated Floor Cleaning Equipment Repair / Laundry Ware Wash Service Technician for new positions in the Upper Midwest (MN, ND, SD, IA). Possible sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $3000. Starting Wage $25-29+ depending on experience and qualifications. Here is how a Service Technician contributes to our team: Perform machine diagnosis and minor repairs at customer locations. Perform in-depth machine repairs in our well-equipped shop. Responsibilities & Job Description Four-day work week possible or Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for approved overtime. Must have Valid Driver’s License Must have an acceptable Driving Record Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card. Customer Service focused person with experience, or ability to train, to perform service repairs on various types of commercial floor cleaning equipment / Laundry Ware Wash equipment for schools/universities and healthcare facilities, such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, sweepers, vacuums, etc. Vehicle, tools, and training are provided. Skills & Qualifications: Prefer applicant to have experience in repairs. Must be efficient, computer proficient and an excellent communicator. Ability to communicate successfully, pleasantly, and politely with customers, manufacturers, sale representatives and internal staff. Training provided on the job and at manufacturer locations. Electrical and plumbing knowledge is strongly preferred. Laundry Ware Wash procedural knowledge preferred. Some heavy lifting may be required. Benefits: Medical Plans: Two HSA Eligible Plans.
