Key Responsibilities Develop and implement creative, play-based lesson plans that support kindergarten readiness. Guide children in building social-emotional skills, self-esteem, and peer relationships. Observe and document learning through photos, portfolios, and classroom displays. Maintain positive informal and formal communication with families daily. Ensure compliance with childcare licensing standards and school policies. Collaborate with other educators and participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. Who We're Looking For Completion of Florida’s DCF 40-hour mandated training. Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting. Strong understanding of child development and preschool teaching methods. Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable personality. Skilled communicator who enjoys engaging with children and partnering with parents. Creative thinker with a practical approach and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with Creative Curriculum/Teaching Strategies Gold preferred.
