Are you a skilled property management professional with a strong understanding of HUD regulations? We are seeking a HUD Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a HUD-regulated property. This full-time position requires leadership, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to maintaining compliance and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, enforce lease agreements, and promote a positive living environment. - Rent Collection: Ensure timely payments, manage delinquencies, and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary. - Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is timely and up to standard. - HUD Compliance: Maintain full compliance with HUD requirements, including tenant eligibility and fair housing laws. - Marketing & Leasing: Fill vacancies through targeted marketing and efficient leasing processes. - Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and generate required reports such as rent rolls and certifications. - Staff Management: Supervise onsite leasing and maintenance teams, including hiring, training, and performance reviews. Qualifications: Must have 2 years of experience in Property Management working with HUD or affordable properties. - Demonstrated experience in property management, preferably with HUD or affordable housing properties - In-depth knowledge of HUD policies and public housing regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and administrative abilities - Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Computer Skills: - Proficiency in RealPage property management software - Competence in Adobe for document handling and form completion - Experience using Microsoft Teams for team collaboration - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook for communication and documentation This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
