THE POSITION: We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of Haus of Confidence and oversee a high-performing team. This individual will work side-by-side with the founders to ensure business goals are met, operational systems run smoothly, and our client experience remains exceptional. The ideal candidate is not only an inspiring leader and effective operator, but also someone confident in providing consultations and driving clinic growth across all service lines. ✨ Bonus Points if You Speak Spanish! THE RIGHT FIT: We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and a customer-focused approach. MUST HAVES: Proven leadership experience in a medical aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare setting Strong operational skills , including scheduling, inventory, and staff management Sales and consultation experience with the ability to confidently educate clients and close treatment plans Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal Track record of achieving goals related to revenue, client retention, and team performance Ability to work side-by-side with founders/owners to execute vision, strategy, and daily priorities High level of professionalism and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Experience with EMR, CRM, and scheduling software (Boulevard or similar platforms preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of medical aesthetics services such as injectables, lasers, and regenerative treatments Availability to work a flexible schedule , including evenings or weekends as needed Commitment to maintaining a growth-focused culture Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience with one-on-one consultative selling; familiarity with plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, or similar industries is a plus Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and implementation of new ideas Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with patients, physicians, and team members Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks High energy, with a love for collaboration and enthusiasm for empowering clients Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems and other tools NOT THE RIGHT FIT: Lack of prior sales experience Someone needing excessive structure and consistency Unwillingness to take on tasks outside of “your role” Lack of independence and self-direction Avoidance of technology or discomfort figuring things out OUR NEEDS & HOW THIS ROLE FITS THE BIGGER PICTURE: As Haus of Confidence continues to grow, we need a strong, hands-on leader to drive operational excellence and ensure every client interaction aligns with our high standards. The Practice Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between vision and execution—allowing our providers (MA,RN, NP, MD) to focus on delivering exceptional care while you oversee clinic operations, team performance, and client satisfaction. Your ability to manage workflow, coach the team, and confidently provide consultations ensures the clinic thrives in every metric.
