Overview Sunset Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed skilled facility located in beautiful Venice, FL. Recently renovated, our goal is to provide compassionate resident care, and superior customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, stress free experience at our facility. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of resident and family relations and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet residents and families warmly upon arrival and assist with a smooth seamless transition to their room. Provide information about services, activities, dining options, and contact information Handle resident questions and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Maintain a thorough knowledge of facility services, amenities, and policies to effectively assist residents and families. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Address any resident / family complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently. Uphold the company mission and brand. Experience Previous experience in related environment or customer service roles is preferred, particularly within the skilled nursing industry. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box. Excellent etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents and families. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as this will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
