Function: Develop and manage healthcare-focused commercial banking relationships, with a focus on lending, credit analysis, and portfolio growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management
• Experience working with healthcare-related lending clients or industries preferred
• Proficient in reviewing tax returns, financial statements, projections, guarantor info, and business cash flows
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices (CRE and C&I), loan structuring, and credit risk analysis
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative, client-first mindset
Description:
• Build and manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, providing financial expertise and customized relationship banking services.
• Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities in the healthcare vertical.
• Offer strategic lending and credit solutions, including equipment financing, practice acquisition loans, and working capital lines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal credit, underwriting, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Stay current on trends and regulations affecting the healthcare industry and lending environment.
