Location: Greenville, SC
Travel: 2- hour radius (company vehicle provided)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-5:00/5:30p (On-call emergency repair shifts on weekends, as needed. )
Pay: $31-$36/hr

What You’ll Be Doing
• Service and troubleshoot rooftop HVAC units, heat pumps, DX systems, pneumatic and electrical controls , and both commercial and industrial production and comfort cooling systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues , test and repair parts, and ensure proper system functionality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections per service agreements while maintaining efficiency and budget targets.
• Coordinate with the Service Coordinator on task planning, job prioritization, and material management.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in appearance, vehicle, and tools.
• Accurately complete time records, work orders, refrigerant logs , and material returns.
• Maintain consistent communication about job status, locations, and tasks throughout the day.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and attend scheduled safety meetings.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC servicing, installation, and troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycle .
• EPA-approved CFC Certification – REQUIRED.
• OSHA Certification (training provided if not already certified).
• Familiarity with federal, state, and city codes as well as BOCA and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks , stay calm during urgent situations, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
