Job Summary: The Tate Center Chick-fil-A is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back of House Lead to join our leadership team. This role is essential in ensuring excellence in food safety, kitchen systems, and operational efficiency. The BOH Lead will play a key role in leading the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and driving consistent execution of BOH procedures.
Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team to maintain operational excellence and uphold Chick-fil-A’s brand and values.
• Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, packaging, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor and track food costs and waste, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Build and maintain kitchen systems that enhance workflow, consistency, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, health standards, and company policies.
• Partner with the leadership team to execute training programs for BOH team members.
• Collaborate on scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels during peak and non-peak hours.
• Set the tone for a positive and efficient kitchen environment through servant leadership.
Qualifications: • 2 to 3 years of experience working at Chick-fil-A (required).
• Proven experience leading and managing in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Strong understanding of BOH operations, including food cost tracking, waste management, and kitchen systems.
• Servant-hearted leader with a passion for developing others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
