Physician Family Practice
The Nurse, with relevant experience, practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing contingencies and long-term goals.
• Provides nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and educates patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care and patient history.
• Assesses learning needs and provides education, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience, RN license, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within specified timeframes.
• Attends orientation and completes competency validations, including specialty-specific programs.
• Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time position.
