Audit Clerk
Salary: $18.21 to $21.09 hourly
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Clerk to assist with a client in Boyertown, PA for a short-term contract. This position is ideally suited for professionals with audit experience who are comfortable working within structured processes. The role requires precision, efficient time management, and a strong ability to follow established workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and send detail oriented emails to collect financial documents and compliance-related materials from vendors or stakeholders.
• Save and organize collected documentation within Google Drive and OneDrive, ensuring files are appropriately labeled and accessible for audit purposes.
• Review financial documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain and update financial information, including wholesaler profiles and details, using Excel spreadsheets.
• Classify 1099 vendors accurately in NetSuite based on tax codes and company policies.
• Assist in preparing reconciliations or validating supporting documentation for audits or financial reviews. Ensure data integrity and compliance as part of routine financial and operational workflows.

Requirements
• Prior experience in administrative or auditing support roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, OneDrive, and NetSuite is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills, particularly for detail oriented email correspondence.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented environment.
