Description
Per diem position, approximately 10 hours/week, Hybrid. Employee must be located close to the Wernersville, PA location.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Completes all aspects of recruitment of staff, including the requisition process, preparation of ads and talent sourcing (screening, interviewing and selection) of applicants to meet staffing needs while adhering to Caron’s affirmative action plan.
• Coordinates and schedules screening interviews with applicants.
• Coordinates candidate interviews with hiring manager and other appropriate parties if determined to meet criteria for role.
• Regularly communicates with hiring managers to include initial conversation to determine department needs, sharing of candidate resumes, scheduling and follow up on successful interviews, and weekly updates to the hiring manager on the status of open positions.
• Regularly interfaces with HR Business Partner and supervisor on status of positions to include weekly updates on the status of open positions.
• Together with HR Business Partner and Sr. Benefits & HRIS Manager determines candidate rate of pay (based on budget, candidate experience and salary grade) and start date.
• Communicates decision to present an offer to HR Business Partner and provides relevant data to support an offer of employment.
• Maintains recruiting data to support tracking of recruiting status, up to date postings, and timeliness to fill positions.

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to sit and perform computer work for majority of the workday.
• This position allows remote work and therefore requires a secure home office, a computer and high-speed internet.
Minimum Education / Experience Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in business management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of two-years’ experience recruiting and/or Human Resource experience required.
• HR certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, substance use disorder, or behavioral health field preferred.
• If in recovery, 1 year of continuous sobriety preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to responsibly manage recruiting hours
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with ability to comfortably and timely communicate with all levels of employee and management.
• Ability to negotiate employment offers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficiency with HRIS recruitment software. Experience with UKGPro a plus.
