Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist
Location: Greenville, SC
Contract Duration: 3 Months with conversion potential
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid (Remote on Monday and Friday; Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Position Summary:
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the TA Operations Specialist will support recruiters, HR managers, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will bring energy, drive, and a proactive mindset to support operational excellence within Hubbell's recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner daily with recruiters to support recruiting operations and address inquiries.

Liaise with business stakeholders to recommend and implement process improvements.

Assess system enhancement impacts and manage changes to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Manage candidate and requisition data in the ATS (SuccessFactors).

Coordinate and reschedule interviews; manage travel and accommodations per policy.

Track and report on background checks, drug screenings, and assessment tests (U.S.).

Prepare and issue offer letters to candidates.

Monitor and manage the Hubbell Careers external mailbox for timely communications.

Ensure compliance with OFCCP documentation standards.

Support a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Administer U.S. centralized pre-employment activities and ensure accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience supporting HR or recruiting teams preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred).

Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

High attention to detail with a proactive, deadline-oriented approach.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
