VP of Finance & Accounting / Corporate Controller (Healthcare)
Bethesda, MD | $180,000–$230,000 base + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance and accounting functions across a multi-entity healthcare platform
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and a transition to Sage Intacct
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and present key financials to board stakeholders
• Ensure alignment across revenue cycle, procurement, payroll, and accounting functions
• Maintain GAAP compliance and prepare the organization for audits and future growth
Qualifications:
• CPA or CIA required, with strong experience in healthcare finance (outpatient, ambulatory, or physician-aligned settings preferred)
• Demonstrated success in multi-entity financial leadership and ERP/system implementations
• Confident presenting to executive teams and comfortable navigating changing priorities
