Soto Law Firm is a law firm with offices in Tempe and Scottsdale. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Asset Protection Planning, Business Succession, and Business Transactions. We are currently seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our collaborative and mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Conduct estate planning consultations with prospective and existing clients (via Zoom and in person)..
·        Provide strategic recommendations and guide clients through all stages of the planning process.
·        Draft and review comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and values.
·        Maintain timely, responsive, professional communication by phone and email.
·        Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients’ external advisors (CPAs, financial planners, etc.).
·        Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case strategy and progress.
Qualifications:
·        1+ years of experience in estate planning and probate (business transaction experience is a plus).
·        Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
·        Strong estate planning drafting skills and sharp attention to detail.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented.
·        Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines.
