What You'll Do
Your Typical Day Will Include The Following
• Configuring and operating CNC lathe equipment to produce precise parts as per technical specifications.
• Interpreting complex blueprints and engineering designs to ensure conformity.
• Evaluating machine operations for peak performance and quality consistency.
• Conducting maintenance and addressing technical jams with aplomb.
• Inspecting final products to verify high standards and specifications.
• Organizing your workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance productivity.
• Enforcing safety norms and company regulations diligently.
What We Seek
The Ideal Profile Includes
• A minimum of a high school diploma; additional technical training is advantageous.
• A robust 5+ year track record with CNC Lathes, especially valuable in aerospace settings.
• Familiarity with Mazak or Nakamura machines adds extra merit.
• A comprehensive grasp of CNC machining and tooling.
• Competence in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Skillful use of measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Meticulous attention to detail backed by strong analytical capabilities.
• Both an independent worker and a cooperative team member.
• Effective communication combined with a positive outlook.
