Sales Recruiter
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team for a three month assignment. If you have a knack for spotting top talent, a background in sales recruiting—preferably call center environments—and a passion for the candidate experience, we want to talk to you! In this role, you’ll hire entry level and high-performing sales professionals, strategically sourcing and engaging candidates who have the drive to exceed. We would ideally love someone who has campus/college recruiting experience and relationships with colleges in the Tempe, AZ area.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruiting cycle for high-volume call center sales roles
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top sales talent, with a focus on targeting passive candidates
• Screen, assess, and select high-caliber candidates to meet our sales hiring needs
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for quick ramp-up
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and optimize the selection process
• Use a data-driven approach to refine outreach and improve recruiting metrics
Additional Position Details
• Work Location: In Office, Hybrid Potential
• Standard Operating Hours after completion of training: 8:30am-5:30pm MST (M,T,TH,F) 7am- 4pm MST (W)
• Orientation: 9:30 AM EST/ 6:30 AM MST (This will only apply for your first day)
• Equipment: The company does not provide equipment for this role. However, we utilize Venn, a secure technology solution that creates a protected workspace on your personal device. This allows you to safely use your own computer for work, ensuring company data remains secure while keeping your personal information completely private and separate.

What You Will Bring To The Team
• 3 plus years of experience as a full cycle Sales Recruiter, ideally with experience in call center or high-volume sales environments
• Strong ability to identify high-performing salespeople and close top talent
• Passion for the candidate experience
• Proactive approach to talent sourcing and engagement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings
• Familiarity with ATS systems and a data-focused recruiting approach
• Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred

Compensation
• $35-45 per hour
