Reports to the Principal
Responsibilities
• Assist various special education teachers in the following areas:
• Reinforcing skills taught by the classroom teacher.
• Taking data on behavioral, communication, socialization, and motivational objectives.
• Intervene with students to manage behavior problems when necessary.
• Carry our written behavior intervention plans.
• Accompany student to various locations on school grounds.
Qualifications
Two Year Associates Degree OR
60 Hours of Coursework OR
ParaPro Assessment Test
Terms of Employment: 185 Days
