• Troubleshoot and conduct maintenance to maximize machine uptime.
• Participate actively with your team to refine processes and increase production efficiency.
• Adopt safety practices and maintain a neat working space.
Skills and Qualifications
• An impressive 5+ years in CNC milling, with Aerospace experience being a plus.
• Adept in machine setups and understand the intricacies of production runs.
• Ability to precisely read and apply blueprints and technical documentation.
• Well-versed in CNC programming mechanisms.
• Keen-eyed attention to detail coupled with problem-solving prowess.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
Educational Background
