Role Description
This is a full-time Scale Service Technician role located on-site in Utica, KY. The Scale Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of various scales and weighing systems. The role includes troubleshooting issues, providing field service directly to clients, and ensuring that all equipment operates correctly. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate service records are also key responsibilities of this position.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair
• Proficient in Troubleshooting
• Experience in Field Service
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of various maintenance procedures
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
